To start the foster care licensing process, download a licensing packet from below. Each Region has a small difference in the paperwork, thus all the Regions are listed out.
A Licensing Packet consists of:
- APCH Application - State Application - Background Authorization form (1 for each family member age 16 pr older) - Address History Addendum (1 for each family member age 16 pr older) - Foster Parent Release of Information (1 for each family member age 16 pr older) - Foster Parent Chacteristics form (1 per family)
Once these forms are downloaded, fill them out, print each one, and sign it. Once the packet is complete, mail it to the Licenser for that Region (County).

Once a licenser has processed these forms, you will recieve a phone call to start the rest of the licensing process.
